Rules and Regulations

To help us establish expectations for your child’s participation at a Prestige Basketball Clinic, please read these rules and regulations. And please make sure they are clear to your children before they arrive for the first session.

Rule #1: Sportsmanship

All Prestige Basketball Clinic participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and courteously toward other participants and the coaches.

Rule #2: Effort

All participants will be given the same opportunities to participate in every drill, scrimmage, or other activity. Everyone involved with Prestige Basketball Clinics, coaches and players alike, will give their full effort and attention to the task at hand: improving our skills with, increasing our understanding of, and sharing our love for the game of basketball.

Rule #3: Commitment

Prestige Basketball Clinics begin promptly at designated start times. Please make every effort to have your child here on time. And please pick your child up at the designated end time.

Rule #4: Basketball is a privilege

Family and school are everyone’s primary commitments. We do not expect any child who attends a Prestige Basketball Clinic to do so at the expense of his family or his school work.

Disciplinary note:

Every effort will be made to give each child the appropriate amount of attention and direction from the coaches. Accordingly, if one participant becomes unruly or disruptive, the following steps will be taken to ensure all participants continue to receive the instruction they deserve:

  1. The child will be asked to sit out for the remainder of the drill or activity.
  2. If the disruptive behavior continues thereafter, the child will be asked to sit out the remainder of the day; and the parents will be notified of the behavior.
  3. If the behavior does not improve the next day, the child will be asked to sit out the remainder of the day; and a discussion will be had with the child’s parents about the child’s continued participation in the clinic.
  4. If a third day of disruptive behavior ensues, the child will be held out of that day’s activities. The parent’s will be notified that the child may no longer participate in Prestige Basketball Clinics.

Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Thank you for your support.
